try emailing them with the problem, make and year of vehicle.
when i had vehicles missing after last update they responded next day with usual reply about working on it etc.
then for next few days i kept getting optimised updates and all missing vehicle back. there excuse was they had removed vehicles they felt were not working correctly, (my guess the people writing the programs didnt include them by accident)
also find now the auto select in the menus is a bit hit and miss, some makes it finds the model and dash straight away, other times i have to go into the menu and manually select the model and year, maybe a bit glitchy but still a good back up unit.Last edited by evss; 25th August, 2023 at 05:45 PM.

enter the ES file browser LOCAL-MAIN Directory-DP- yr tool serial no and delete the resource folder, then enter the upgrade in DP and re-download all updates

Odomaster...........Obd2 work.
# Mondeo 2012 color 2 needle (24C16)
read km ok
write can't ,........done s-max color 2 needle option away .
#S-max 2008 , center full red mono display (MCU 9S12)
Read km ok
Write can't , start and after 2 sec stop .............Job done with other tool obd2 away .
This problem is long time and year's ,...........still not solved .Last edited by brend; 31st August, 2023 at 12:39 PM.
