Thanks for you feeback. Regarding Ibiza, there are two type of cluster can be supported: 2009 (NEC+24C32)VDO and NEC+24C64 VDO.
If your cluser of Ibiza belongs to one of the type, please update your device and try again. If it fails, please feedback the data to us, as we are trying to do the best. Thanks
