opel meriva 1.3cdti accelerate problem

i have in service opel meriva 1.3 cdti
ECU is marelli MJD602.M1
accelerate normally to 3000rpm and then RPM gauge start to jump from 1500rpm to 3000rpm,and i hold same throttle
i replace crankshaft sensor,check wiring,remove transmission i thought that flywheel teeth damaged,but everything is ok
does somebody have similar problem?
i suspect on ECU

Most likely ecu fault m8, meriva always the same.
