I think you've only programmed 2 of 3 keys, it's still waiting on the third key.

good day to all of you

My FVDI 2018 just stopped working today. it wont pick up on any usb port. i dont see any thing in the device manager.

i tried on 3 diffrent pc's. it was working good for about 1 year now.

any ideas on what could be the problem?

Have you tried with a different usb cable? also check the voltage on the usb cable if it is working. If its windows related, i can try assist over Teamviewer.

Fvdi 2014
Everytime i start up vag V18.0 with keyreader attached, the program shuts off.
Vag 21.0 starts fine with keyreader attached, here the MM7 tool does work proper.

I run it on W7 32 and windows xp, no virus scan.
Does anyone have the same problem, and a solution.
I am considering buying a 2018 Fvdi with vag V18.0 and V24.o

goo inside this folder and remove tag and post result

I could not get the avdi rep to work.
Have to check that out.

So i removed the tag and tagkeytool from c folder.
And it is fine now.

hi buddy

yes i tried different cables.
when it is plugged in with the blue tag dongle the lights on the dongle come on. windows does not recognize any thing plugged in.

it think it a hardware issue

Oh i see, so you are saying with the Fly OBD Tag connected the dongle lights up, but the light on the main unit does or does not, Does the key tool also light up? Have you tried starting windows in clean boot, to see if anything is interfering with the driver/usb.

Hi Guys

I have been struggling for a few weeks with Audi A4 BCM2 key writing and still have not managed to find a solution as of yet. I use V18 as (V24 does not work on BCM2 it fails on decrypting), then passes reading transponder. When i get to prepare dealer key in V18, it fails at about 98% writing the key. The key is blank and is PCF7945AC 868Mhz and is a generic. I have soldered on a 501pcf, which improved reading keys all round. An original key reads perfectly, in the casing in Tag Tool. The generic i have to take out of the casing and basically hold the antenna right on the chip to actually read it. Could it be a dud key?

I am considering purchasing KD-x2 as apposed to Tango or VVDI key tool as it looks like it has better growth - Any advise? Also would i need Orange 5 to dump the BCM2 as FVDI cannot BCM2 dump. Also IMMO5 does not work with VVDI2 1.2

hey there , is it normal that fvdi cant get ride of my cp protection after i read eeprom 25640 on getaway by upa usb it says dump is from another module ??

waaauw flashed my getaway with vcp read it again with upa , started the procedure again with fvdi and it worked ... i got it on video it said succes with removing protection so i looked up to the dash and it was stil in safe mode ... what a waste of money and time
