I don't understand the new "support time limit", if I buy for example a new FVDI with Opel license, I will have updates and bugfix for ever? only 6 months? 1 year?

guys any ideas on mine im waiting for the techs to get back to me too basically my drivers are the correct ones when I go to the fwdownloader I can update and download license etc then when I open commander it works shows me activation days and opens up. when I try reconnecting it says device not open I have to try connect to server again redownload license and then will work again once. Also my latency timer keeps going back to 1 wont stay on 16 ? I have to keep changing this too I've tried re-installing software drivers and another laptop ? any ideas guys ?

mine doesnt communicated with toyota ecu and transmission during diagnostics..
tried it on various models same thing appears as NOT RESPONDING but is fine with other modules..
any help to this
