    I have a question, on the fatal error situation, do we still need to renew the eis? I am out of emulators so trying to repair this one. Thanks in advance. Its a w204 elv fatal error code

    Was it not an NEC EIS then, if so that will be why you got the error

    Hi all .Today i did virgin ISM W221 and installed into car . But cannot personalize it. What was wrong ? Any suggestion? Thanks

    Hi dk's
    Today i renewed w202/w210 eis using vvdi mb after extraction of password
    Then i managed to write eis data from an other faulty eis then when i want to write eis data to the renewed one it can not wrote it with normal methode i chosse test methode
    After i programmed the key it works fine it unlock esl but key status stay unused and eis status not activated ??

    is it ism or dcm?
    vin is not the same
    its not understood from what this ism and where are you gonna install it
    if its dsm you need to find prooper soft for your car

    its ISM, you can recognise it from his part number
    ISM must be faults free for success personalise....

    activate EIS manualy.....standard issue by this old EIS type
    sometime activated self after use orig valid key, sometime not....

    Try to make upgrade sw and scn after that make personalization and activation

    North American 906 EZS.

    How i can renew that type of ezs? tool can only read partial info from ezs, no key information, can't get erase password, if i read ezs on bench and try to upload dump tool doesnt like it. impossible to do data acquisition to get key pass because it requires infrared adapter and i can't use infrared adapter on that type of EZS.
    Also can't read anything form ESL over obd, maybe somebody knows pinout to connect to esl directly.

    Hello, i have problem whit w203 ( 203 5450108) after data aquarisation origibal key (bga chrome stile ) stop work. It unlock esl but not goes to ignition and not start car. Try to leave key in ignition for 30 min nothing , for 4 hours same resault . Vvdi read key normal as used . If i try repair key via ir it say key is whit working status . Make new key whit pass new key work fine old original key not work . What shoud i do. Thanks in advice

    What Daxxer means is you can't do data acquisition on W203 because the key goes out of sync and you need to program it again for it to work again.
    Now you need to extract pass from key if it is BE or 51/57, or if it isn't you will need to read pass from EZS directly by IR or EEPROM.
