when you read key does not mean it work.I ve several cars with same problem.


Make new key and try. Don t waste you time

I can’t. It fails the IR AKL. I have one key and it fails while trying to make a key, it says EIS LOST THE SYNC. And AKL won’t pass the IR

today I make spare.key on Mercedes c220 2004...when data acquisition came.to 100%, vvdi told put key in ignition before press ok...so I did I that and wait 30sec...then vvdi ask if elv is unlock...elv was locked..so I press no...wait 5sec..ask again...again locked....after 4time I press yes...upload data...take pass...make spare key...spare key work...BUT old one is dead....ok I renew nec inside orig key and write inside new position..... what I am did wrong??

You need to press yes only when elv is unlocked!
Sometimes unlocks first time, sometimes unlock after 50 or more. Easier to read on bench.

just go with it, one time i had to pres "NO" more than 15times until it unlocked

How did you renew the nec?
With a tool or no?
