Yes it was second hand. Car's original key was 1 battery BGA and my OEM second hand NEC key was 2 battery.

And yes I have other OEM key but unfortunately client is already gone.

What can I do to solve this problem if it comes again in future?

If car original remote have two battery, use xhorse remote keyless will not work, this situation you must use OEM key to generate if you want full function. If car original key only one battery, xhorse remote support all function, if keyless not work, you need to check all process are correct, the file you use to generate is correct, all correct, you can change another key and another key position to generate.

I generated OEM key, not Xhorse key...

I had this problem with OEM key keyless function.

I had this problem with OEM key keyless function.

First, original remote with only one battery, the OEM key you use also should be only one battery. Second, you use a second hand key, can't certain whether was damaged during the renew process. Third, original remote should use V41 file to make key.

Maybe the tool corrupted the hash data ,how the hash data are corrupted ?

Which OEM keyless key you have brought ?

There are 3 types of keyless key.
Xhorse(vvdi), CGMB have 2 type in the market.

I've used the latest one from Xhorse,
update the key firmware in VVDI, change the correct frequency,
no matter your original key is 2 batteries or 1 bat, it works fine for me.

I've also used CGMB keyless key once, it works fine too on W204 W212 W251 etc,
but it lack of infrared function work with car,
the key infrared only for key programming.

Your problem is not related to VVDI,
it is related to the key.

Warm greeting to all DK members. I have a Benz c Klass w204 with a esl issue, someone tried to repaired it and now, the Eis has all the keys blocked, 0KM and can’t make an emulator for this car. I have the car erase and key pass. I had tried to renew the Eis but failed. I have tried with two IR readers and none of them did it. What’s the solution to this? I have vvdi mb bga and never seen problem like this. I will post the picture of the readings. Thank you in advance

Have you try "enable key" ?
You can re-enable disabled key(s).

Don't just renew EIS in this case.
If keys are disabled, most likely they are also disabled in entire drive authorization.
If you have key with car, re-enable that key slot see if the key work again.
If all key lost, re-enable one of the slot, generate key file, write key and try.
if still nothing work, will need C4 and Vediamo or something like that to check the drive authorization.

The worst case will need to renew ECU TCU EIS ESL etc to rebuild drive authorization.
But most of the time is easy to fix if you have the knownledge.

However, if that EIS has been re-written with incorrect EIS data that not belongs to this car then disabled all key slots,
you will never make it work again with existing EIS data.
So it is better use engineer software such as Vediamo to check and coding if needed.

Your photo is too small.
But looks like that EIS is "not activated".

I don't know whether you guys know,
after written EIS data all keys are in disabled state before activation, that is normal.

If you have problems, that will be something else.

Thank you for the info but I have tried to ENABLE KEYS, fails again, I use both IR to do this too and no luck. I have received the Eis in this condition. Someone else has messed it up, I’m trying to repair it
