Default Aston Martin DB9 2010 spare key

    Hello guys,

This car, is from the US, 315mhz key.
This type off key, need to be inserted in dash slot, to start the car.
I have found some used keys, on ebay.

    Can i reuse these?
Is the transponder locked? My guess, it is a 4D.
Is there match, between the transponder data, and remote data.

I will read out the key, to check exact what transpnder is inside.

    Thank you,

i have seen some Volvo keys used, on some types.

This key, looks lke a cheap version off the crystal key.
I have seen some, with the barcode.
Yes that looks like Volvo systems.

So we can not program any off these.?

This one, with 4d transponder, i could clone.
So i will look for a spare casing, to place the transponder in.

The owner should contact the dealer, to ask about a new key.

There is no keyblade, inserted in the keyfob.
Doorlock is a tibbe, i will make a keyblade.

    Anyway, thank you,

    Greetings Rob

Dont remember exact. only what i wrote, 4d. . They did not want a spare key.
So i did not bother to cut a simple doorkey, and and copy the transponder. Just in case he lost his key.

Waisted to much time, on that guy.

Tango, add 4d direct to the ecu.
