Kaluluka - seem like your problem is different. IR adapter is not same as IR key reader. In your case IR adapter may have problem with cable. You may need to buy a new one.

When I try to update firmware, got error in last steps "Not found file in service". Upgrade kit show firmware version 5.0.0 but software wont run and show "Error- This version need higher firmware support. Please run update online.

How to resolve it?

Ok, so clearly you know the difference
Dunno what's the problem then but it's not in the software. Already did keys for two cars with 5.0.1 without problem.
But this IR adapter cable really gets easily damaged. I changed 3 already.

It starts reading and then drops reading of Key data (at point 3), when key (keylessgo) is in VVDI IR Reader and then shows error, that it can't get data.....

like that , you need to use software version 5.0.1 , and update firmware version to 5.0.0

have problem after update , ir read not work fine , use same vvdi mb be keys and must click 10 times to read key ssid , if i press read be password aways fail whit error 2 , errror 4 , or read data fail .pictures atached ,
