Again fail.... My dump is programming ok... Does have matter the size of dump file ? This from You is 2048 bytes and my is 2064. When I programm it I have inforamtion: block Protect 0000H -- 07FFH and of course programm fail.

So it wont write to 25160? You press verify and it fail? What programmer are you using? It seems to be reading it fine. Are you out of circuit?

I`m using wellon programmer. Verify fails and shows the same Block Protect: 0000H--07FFH... 25160 crashed ?

Hmmm, if you're out of circuit and it won't write any file to the device, then gotta look at possible bad chip (do you have another?) or programmer/config issue buddy

It could be a bad chip... I`ll find another and try again. I will tell You when it`ll be ready

You're welcome. Chip might be bad and that's also why car suddenly stopped seeing his "mate" radio........

I know you said "Again fail.... My dump is programming ok." but it gives false feeling that you can still write original dump back and it verifies it wrote this ok. But of course it actually wrote nothing - original file was still sitting there in chip, so will always verifiy it as ok if compared with exact copy of original file (if you get what I mean

)
