    Default Kess v2 error on reading edc17cp14

    Tried to read a 2009 vw golf 6 2.0tdi 110bhp with edc17 cp14 at the end of the read kess said switch off dash then gave following error in the picture I attach it didn't open the dialog box to save read

    i think problem not have install pluggin windows xp, install this file, and put you ksuite , run and test.


    This ksuite is with instalation , have plugin for windows.

    mate...do you understand that EDC17 need to use boot mode ?...is safe...your OBD will give you fire one day when will buy an ecu because you play on obd

    yes but still safer in boot mode becouse u have full file

    I did it in boot mode on the end. But was wondering why I get checksum error. I have Microsoft visual c++ 2005, 2008, 2010 installed

    your image posted is not from boot mode
    if you did it on boot mode...you have same error?...can we see image?

    I think he knows the image is obd read . He does say he did read tricore in the end maybe old brain.exe not talking with the eyes today !! Lol

    Just for you ill explain clearly. Tried to read obd kept getting the wrong checksum problem. So I read with ktag in the end

    Old thread but maybe someone will get the same error and this will help.Got the same error with newer ksuit software. With v2.08 i could read it without error.
