    Default Whats the Negatives of DM 800HD?

    I have seen one of these boxes on sale for ?199.00. Its new, but CLONE. Is there anything different with the original version?

    I have a dm500 clone which work like a charm.

    As the 500 has no bootloader there is no problems with other images, (except Gemini) but with the 800HD there is a second stage bootloader, up to #73 at the moment. you HAVE to find a doctored image on all eg nabilo, gemini etc. but they are about

    It's HD m8!! if your cable company has HD channels then you're gonna find a difference,
    if not, and you dont have a HD TV, or you cant be arsed wit HD, then i wouldnt bother.

    Im on Sat not cable. can the 800HD take twin tuners? cable and sat?

    No, single tuner only.

    DM7025 and DM7025+ both have twin tuner capabilities

    None of the New images will work on the 800HD without tweaking because of the second stage bootloader.
    There is a workaround for nabilo, Gemini, Newnigma and of coarse Kaos.
