channel list for motor

where can i find a recent motorised channel list
for a tm-5402 hd m3 ,on this forum

I dont really have the time to undertake a full motorised list in any order but you can try something like @william-1 or @xxxxxxSatHobby lists which can be downloaded direct from the TM Online server.

Menu - Entertainment - TM Online - Channel Lists

and then just browse through some of the Lists there take note of the date as they do update on a regular basis
