    Default Audi A4 2.5TDI EDC15VP - Intake flap disable

    Hi, is there anybody who can disable the intake flap on this car? Audi A4 2.5TDI with EDC15VP ECU 1MB.
    Car has these DTC:
    01282 - Intake Manifold Flap Change-Over Valve (N239)
    19558 - Motor for Intake Manifold Flap (V157): No Signal

    if I Disabled these error, car still has limp mode around 120km/h - So make only DTCoff is not good!
    Please help me

    Resolve your problem by changing the inlet flat actuator - motor . It is a bit of stripping down but i think this will be the best way .

    Yes you are right but I wanted to know if there is a way to disable this flap.

    hi
    you can build one small regulator with NE555 to bypass swirl flaps,all parts not are more than 0.99 euro

    If same as Mercedes only needs a resistor on motor plug!!!!
