Audi Q5 need adaptation channels for module 46

Hi is there any body who can provide me here channel list and number for them for module 46 central el. Sec. Code is 16017
Lost my tail lamp and need from 195-210 all this channels and adapted number you should see them once you read the channel.. Have just 195-204 all anothers lost get 0 should be something different. Just don't have time to try each number.

Totally fergot its 2011 audi q5 2.0 turbo usa europe does not matter they works same. Thanks

No one can help me? Its easy just to go to central module 46 go to channel with security 16017 channel 195-210 no changes just read out what is the number of ad. Example 195 is 6148 I need to know if I have right numbers I missed the 209 and 210 channel what is does ... My rear side marker light go on with brake lights and turn signal but if I am turn on lights its just stay on as should.
