Lexus ES300 1999 need spare key

Hello dk members,
a customer has lexus with working 4c key, he need to make a spare key, he go to locksmith, who try to program spare key by removing the ecu and load virgin file(he dont save original file),but the car not accept any key since he load the wrong file, can any one help me to get virgin file for this car,
the ECU number i think it is 89661 - 06590, thanks in advance.

Thank you friend for replay, i need working dump for this car then i will add 4c key to it, or virgin dump to start the car.

hi mate, here i posted virgin dump for your vehicle, just load that dump and your security lights goes still just put a key into ignition for 15 seconds then remove it and insert 2nd key for 15 seconds.. if light does not blinking then press brake pedal 6,7 times. then start it

post your any 4C transpobnder..
someone will add new dump ready starting the car..
