W204 Problem after change SAMF

I change samf, and all work but is from automatic gearbox and need change to manual i don't have reverse light and pdc. If in das dev change light work but if disconnect battery or wait 1h then problem returns.

How save setting did not return to the old settings??

No if i change in samf reverse gear in manual gearbox theh work. I have backup light and pdc. But if wait 1-3h hours then in samf i have back this same satting before i chenge. Howe save setting after change in samf on das develop. ?

Yes. And then work. Setting back after some time or when i reconnect battery. I not remember after change need use some function in activation.
