    Default 2008 Astra H Z19DTH - P0400-->OFF & better efficiency for engine upgrades

    Hello mates,

    I've bought a used 2008 astra H 1.9 cdti 150hp. (Manual)
The only mod it had been done from the previous owner, was the removed DPF. (physically and from the ECU)
The previous owner told me that also EGR was disabled from the ECU, but seems it didn't.

    Now, I've made these modifications:
    -Full 76mm decat exhaust
    -EGR blanked
    -Swirl ports removed
    -Cold air induction
    -Custom bigger front mount intercooler

After the EGR blanking, I have constantly the "P0400-5A" error.

Could someone remove the P0400-5A error and give the best efficiency for this modifications that have been done?

    2008astraz19dth.zip

The file has been read with KESS v2.

    Thank you in advance,
    Thanasis

    Thanks a lot, mate!
EGR, is physically blanked. Also needed to disconnect it?
Will I see a performance gain or better consumption with this file?

*DPF is already disabled on the file I've posted.

    Good morning!

Which is the limit pressure for the stock turbo?
I was thinking to set the requested pressure to exceed the map sensor readings eg 2bar and control the pressure only through the requested duty cycle throughout the rpm. Eg. 80% @ 3000, 90% @ 4000, 100% @ 5000.
    Is it possible?

For what horsepower are capable the stock injectors and which is the maximum fuel rail pressure can be achieved with the stock high pressure pump?

    Thank you!!!

It could, but you will need to bdm it to the ecu, not obd.

I thought the "problem" existed only when reading, due to partial reading... Exists also when writing via OBD ?

Yes, obd is partial, no matter you try to read or write.
