Kess v2 can't read opel astra h z14xep ecu me7.6.2

Hi guys i tried to read via obd the opel asta z14xep ecu with kess v2 but can't read the flash only info from ecu.
Please how can fix this error ?

Have you tried reading with over 13v to the car. Put jump leads from running vehicle

Hi i tried to read in bench with 14,7v with kess v2 and fgtech v54 but the same result.
With fgtech when click read file (flash) go the green bar quickly (1'') 80% and after says error.
With carprog clone i read succes the flash but has not write button.
Please why can't read with clone kess v2 and fgtech v54 this ecu ?
