Smart 800 CDI Edc15cg egr off

Hi to all. I have a problem with a Smart 800 cdi Edc15cg. The car has problem at EGR, dtc P1403. I have tried to switch off the EGR on file, but same problem. With switch off file and EGR disconnected, the car go to max 30 km/h.
Someone can help me with a solution to disconnect EGR connector?

Writed. Seems to be ok. Egr disconnected, no dtc, and no limp mode. Thanks!

Hi guys, can you explain what this sullotion does, because my smart cdi from 2001 keeps having problem with the EGR keeps cloaked in a short time. For a while it's get stucked in the closed possition but of course the software keeps telling me that this happens at the fault code. By stucked in close position the car runs fine but when i can eliminated the egr that would be great.
