i just need to synch cas3 with ecu i read eep from tc1766 tricore.

You can try this. This car has 16Byte ISN. I put the isn from ecu into your cas dump. But if your cas is cas3+ i think it wont work, because then you isn in cas is crypted. There are tools, which can decrypt and crypt this isn with some known info?s from keys. But I dont have this tool. Maybe you can set isn with diagnostic like avdi can. Your 16 Byte ISN from ecu is:

VIN in CAS is from E90 2007 3er BMW... Are you sure, what you are doing? :-)
