Bosch 40048 injector driver
I have a bosch ECU and my car have problem with engine. When I test with diagnostic tools all time is present this error : INJECTOR 4 DRIVE SHORT CIRCUIT. I have all wire and they are OK. I think the problem is the chip that I have attached below. But if I change this chip with another new chip with same number can I solve the problem. This chip have need to be programmed ?

Stage 1,2,3, DPF+EGR+SCR+FLAPS+TVA+CAT (all off)
VAG ME7 LC+ALS+NLS+2step, VAG MED9.1 LC+ALS+NLS, EDC17 LC+HARD CUT
POPS & BANGS (Schubabschaltung, Crackles) on allmost every petrol
