Hi thank you for your guide and tutorial but i still have a problems when i try connect to the Laphar Flaser to my box it wont connect i cant even get ip address just error no ca found can you help me please in trying to connect my box is a Dreambox 800 HD PVR what cables i have connected from my pc is R232cable the LAN cable and power cable

I have a sim 2.01 in a dm800 hd se and I can plug in a cable to the back of the dm800 and usb at the other end and get to the http mode and when I try to select the japher file it will not let me click flash any ideas?

Read the Tutorial, you have all step by step.

Also remember to use if you have DM800HD a REAL Rs232 cable + Port on your computer if possible under WinXP or Win7. It should work fine.

JapharFlasher is the easiest DreamUp version, that does ALL Original and ALL Clone boxes, recovering them. Flash the SSL for your sim or the ALLSIM SSL from the Japhar Team. Then once you know exactly which sim you have, flash the image compatible.
