RANGE ROVER SPORT WONT START DTC B100D STEERING LOCK

Hello i hjave a range rover sport L320 v6 diesel
whith dtc B100D-81 stored in the BCM module
The dash show a message (Steering Locked) and i have only ignition
i need help one this pleas

Has anything been changed on car or anyone been messing with instrument cluster??

Its normally missing a message between BCM and IPC, this is request to crank, check MS can network integrity.

60 ohm at J1962 diagnostic with battery off.

Continuity tests also, no shorts to ground or batt.

thanks for answer , the owner have just replaced the Battery , after that the car do not recognise the keys
i did a diagnos i found that the KVM is dead (KEY MODUL )
i replaced with another one ( i desolder the MCU from the old one then solder it to the new one)
then the car recognise all keys and door open and close and i have ignition but the instrument show colom is locked with DTC inside the bcm -B100D-81-

under hood is a sticker that's encrypted, says wait 120 seconds before removing battery.

there should be another sticker mentioning risk of hernia .

is it possable one of the fuses near battery got cracked

have had few times stuff dealer can't fix, used some wan kin china and fixed first time.

No need for electronic steering lock and digital trafficators.

i use stolen bicycle to work, NEVER flagged up take to dealer or anything

But still have same dtc
The car wont start
