hi
i have a binary file,the file is encrypted by simple boolean formula, i need a program or editor which i can enter the formula to change each hex value according to formula decrypt file.any body knows such program please?

If I've read that correctly,you'll need a Hex Editor,something like this : http://www.hexworkshop.com/
