    Default Wireless setup

    Can anyone help what is the best wireless dongle to play on gaming desktop PCs if the router is in other end of house comp upstairs router down is there any one I should look for thanks

    I wouldn't use wireless for gaming as wired is best. You should be able to find a way to route cable to top of house. Or at worst use an old router as wifi extender.

    Think if I was you I would invest in a pair of powerline adaptors... something like these... http://www.maplin.co.uk/p/tp-link-av...-adapter-n12nf ... but not necessarily these as I have never used them so can't recommend them or any other but it is just to give you an idea around your predicament

    I have used them and they work well although sometimes capacitors inside them go.
