But working with v5.0 before? If no, it's xprog hw problem.

    What ECU, in circuit?

Did you make Xprog Vcc connected to both flash and HERMESPLUS?
On the pin of HERMESPLUS you must cut off any other connection or lift the pin.

edit: A resistor 4K7 on TMS Vppr pin must also be removed.

Why don't you take and upload good-clear photo covering flash, hermesplus and TMS then be good to communication. I don't do your ECU but IAW 1AP but just presume both are the same TMS surrounding.

Sounds like you missed VppR wire (and more?), all those 14 wires are used!

Sorry to intrude the conversation! Could someone tell me what hermesplus chip do? one of the pins is broken and thinking of replacing it from another dead ecu that is around.
do i have to do something else or just replace and try?
i am thinking that tms must also be replaced and put TMS from dead ecu.
Am i correct? Please i need your precious help.
I am not a pro just a pc guy that loves his car!
    ecu is iaw mm 1ap.41
    Thank you all in advance!!!
