How to read this ECU? Supported in Galletto BDM?

Ive been thinking about buying an H&S one-time use tuner that comes with multiple maps. They program obd and then pull ecu and read file from bdm to use solution on other trucks.

Im a virgin at ECU programming...im sure you can tell
