    Default installing a driver for wireless usb lan

    Hi guys I'm trying to install a driver that I can't source in plugin downloads or ts panel for a usb wireless lan adapter for a dreambox 800hd cable box.
    I've the driver on a disk so need what folder to add the driver to cheers

    Not 100% sure on this andy but i dont think you can do it that way the driver has to be supported by the OS Linux Enigma2 before it will work, Could be wrong though

    The problem I have is its a Linux driver and it can be downloaded via the plugin feed from the Open Atv image but because the image is fully loaded there isn't enough room on the Dreambox 800hd to take the software update. Ive the driver on a disk and just wanted to add it.
    The only other thing is I could do with a slim down image without all the plugins on before I do a software update.

    what about an external USB drive and then flash expander to solve the problem of the low space issue

    was trying that last night I managed to install flash expander ok but when it came to shifting the plugins it wouldn't let me do it even though I initialised the usb flash drive. Tried 2 with no luck so back to square one.
    I know theres another plugin mover so will give that a bash cheers.
