Where you been hidin' GMB, there have been many posts on this issue.
It may well be a PROV. tactic but it only affects STVU4 up to now. If user
ever unplugs unit or has power failure he will never have to worry about
"invalid box" logo again. His bootloader will pack in & never start-up again.
Presuming box is under warranty , contact supplier about issue & query
whether latest fix (v1.12) will sort problem. If not request replacement.
If not under warranty Flash with v1.12 fix & hope for the best. You could ask
seniour counsel (Satsmo) for his views, if you're unhappy with this.
You could also hook-up a synchronised generator to your electricity supply but you'll have to connect it up live as turning off power will wipe out box.
If supplier agrees to replace unit you could consider a EUVOX 5100.
Worth the extra money as it's much more stable box. Just my opinion

    Default Invalid box message

Same happened to me. I switched the power OFF and ON using the SW at the rear of the box. the unit never powered up again. I since sent it back to the supplier where it is being looked at. They promised to repair it or replace with a new one.
