Default Clio 2 Campus new key

I need to program a new key with remote for Clio 2008 Campus, 1 button key.
I have an used PCB and a factory new PCF7946.
Can anyone explain how to precode PCF chip to make a remote work.
But please, step by step, for dummies... I never dealt with car keys before.

    Thanks in advance.

All this information is in the Forum

You can buy a new Chinese key for less than ?10 on ebay, this would be your best option.

you need truecode to extract the 12 digits pincode if you have not got truecode or zedfull you will not extract the 12digits pincode needed for programming key easy if you have the right tools just phone a local locksmith cheaper .

Anyway, for precoding this chip you need proper transponder programmer but better to buy new key for the low price as coolsoda said...

Here you go for config PCF7946 Renault 1 button.
But buy some already precode is the best way (no lose time and money)
Use Hitag programmer, precode ID46 Renault PCF7946.
After that check config pg6 PCF like picture and clic write

without the pincode how is he going to program the key and also for the price of key not worth loosing time the biggest problem is pulling the pin code.

For this car to pull out pin code, he can use Carprog (as most cheaper option), chinese FNR 4in1, or even Renault Can Clip + Renault Pin extractor...but as member @coolsoda says, for that car you already have all info here on forum, but you need to little explore with search button

    Hello
Renault Precoded transponder won't work on this clio.
U need to read dump of uch 93c66, then prepare chip with zed bull and programm via obd with oin code found.
Easy option is to programm a remote which does not need precoding

    Thanks for all the answers.
I see I should clarify my question from the first post.
First of all, I'm not local locksmith, but according to frequent requests, I should become one.

Original key with remote control is lost, and the owner asked me to make a new one. I extracted the PIN frum the UCH, and succedded to program a new key, but remote control is not working.
I found on the forum that in order to make a remote control to work, PCF chip must be precoded in a proper way. So, precoding procedure is my problem. (as I wrote before, I have no experience with car keys).
Regarding Renaults, I have Renault Clip, DDT2000 (very usefull tool), Carprog and access to chinese zed bull/effi interface.
Are these tools enough for make remote control operational? And how?
    (yes, I know I need a new PCF7946)
