Volvo s40 2007 1,6tdci dpf and egr trouble

I have one Volvo S40 2007 1,6tdci, with egr and dpf trouble, if erase erors and drive ,after 15-20 km mil on and esp on, dtc about egr and dpf , after remap no egr and no dpf, mil and esp on imediatly after start and not rev after 3000 rpm, and dtc P0404 and U0301 in engine ecu and in esp dtc ,, no comm with engine ecu (with ori file dont have this dtc imediatly), after dtc off about egr and U0301, car start, in engine no dtc but still only 3000 rpm and esp on, after disconect egr, engine rev more 3000 rpm not dtc but still esp on with dtc about ecu, car not have trouble with aditive module ,no dtc in aditive module, only dpf removed ( client so bought it ), somebody can help me with this trouble ? thx
