It might be something we cant discuss on here. But try rebooting your box and router or adding another channel list .

It's def not a provider issue I have friends and family on the same with absolutely no issue. It's really bazaar. I reset the box last night removing all the cables and checked the LNB for damage, nothing as I suspected. Have reset the router this morning for a bit and it seems to be all good so far. But I can guarantee that later it will go nuts again. I'll try get the hold of a new CH list. The only thing I can think of is that our internet provider was updating our speeds etc a few weeks back and tbh now that I think of it that's really when we began having issues. Can't see how that would effect the SNR though. As I suspect and type this low and behold it has just started!! WEIRD no sudden change in weather or anything. And no way the dish has moved even slightly!!! Grrrrrrrr😤 has to be a box issue!!!

GnrKane, get your openbox back to your mates and tell him to test it for 24hrs preferably on non free to air channels, if it plays up then you know it's the box. Internet/router won't cause your SNR to jump all over the place and as you've had your dish/lnb/wires tested, all seems to point to the box.

This is an honest reply to the cause of the issue. The box is grand and everything connected to the dish etc as mentioned above. It was suggested to me about removing my cordless phone which sat next to the box and the master socket sits behind the TV. Low and behold problem solved. Seems there was some sort of issue with the line freq or whatever, I don't really know the science behind it all but it seriously stopped the issues. I have had a full evening with no problems at all. Hope this helps someone or maybe a tech geek can explain the reasons behind this. Thanks for all the advice
