Default BMW e90 320d eeprom checksumm error

So car was bought with this dtc.

It gives dtc 46D1 (Internal computer fault) The ecu number is 0281012334 DDE 7797497 1037372963
Does anybody have a good bdm eeprom file for this ecu or a solution to solve this? Virgin file or something?

    bmw320d.zip

    will pay for solution
