    I found one bad resistor , can you please test and tell me value, Its R15 near USB power diode. and also value on it, but not understand what is exactly... maybe small value used as fuse because comes in serie with VCC to Ics and USB +5v

    I found other 01X on board, its 10 Ohms

    LT1931 switches at 1.2 or 2.2 MHz ,nothing fancy there,no need for a 'proper' scope
    01X is indeed 10 ohms +-1%

    Now allow me to a smartass and complain about your soldering temperature(too high) and total lack of flux...
    That looks like something i would do (or done already)
    A failure will not appear till a unit has passed final inspection

    I soldered wires there to test And use flux paste Amtech NC559
    Very thanks for your help, especially for HEX for mcu

    Received LT1931 yesterday,now scope fully functional. Thanks again to all that helped.

    And my Hantek 1008 broke. On the minus of the case turned out to be a plus. The controller is damaged. On the controller's pinning bus, the resistance is 23 ohms. We need to look for a closure.

    Strange,I didn't find info how I wrote mcu. As I remember I used segger jtag but not know other things
    I guess connector is 1:1 all pins
