Default VOLVO S60 2.4T problem with????

    HI to all member
I would like to ask you for help in solving the problem with this unfortunate s60 2002r 2.4T.
Car starts ok, idle speed ok, goes ok sometimes 10km somtimes 50 km, sometimes 200m, and goes to limp mode
    fault codes:
9400- sensor from servo(does not result in safe mode)
    904d
    9150- TCM
    9160-TCM
    904c- TCM
    903F- TCM
    982A- ???

I sent throttles (MAGNETIMARELLI) for regeneration and still the same, sent it back to the company that repair. They checked it 2 times, s60 rode ok 40 km and errors replay.
I checked the wiring between the ECU and TCM ok, TCM power - ok.
    Any idea?
Makes me wonder fault 982A- ECM RAM fault

    THanks for any help!

    Hello!
Yes I finally replaced used throttles. But when second servise send my back parts and
the problem kept coming back it was driving me crazy. Both services only improved the soldering on the top of the controller.
For the experience, I dismantled this throttle - oil leakage and dirt on the side potentiometers.
So I suggest you unsolder and look inside.
    BR
