    Seems that the coding is not valid.
    a couple of questions:
    Does your car have automatic distance control/braking system? Adaptive cruise control?
    Does your car have the SET button in center console or glove box? (This is used for TPMS reset)
    Could you please post a sticker with PR numbers of your car? A few memebers have posted it before.
    I can calculate ABS module codings for:
    * Continental/Teves MK60EC1 and MK60;
    * TRW systems in Passat B6 / B7 / CC /Tiguan;
    * MK100
    ;
    * Bosch ABS8.2, ABS9.0 and ESP8.2, ESP9.0;
    * EBC 460 (UP!, Mii, Rapid, CitiGo, Fabia, Toledo, etc) New!
    *
    ... and other VW/Audi/Seat/Skoda modules.I can assist with repairing \/CDS interfaces.

    J428 seems to be like Adaptive cruise module... Look at the front grill. VW logo, or lower grille. Is there any sensor in the center of the car?Based on your PR numbers, the coding might be slightly amended:

    With front disk brake diameter (280 mm), 2 stage ESP-off switch and Adaptive Cruise Control:
    A63B20F8092580FC650F02E8901F0181011000

    With fron disk brake diameter (280 mm ) and 2 stage ESP-off switch:
    A63B20F8092580FC650F02E8901F0181211000

    With proper front disk brake diameter (280 mm):
    A63B20F8092500FC650F02E8901F0081211000

    Give it a try from the top one, down to lowest. Be sure to adapt ALL the sensors in one ignition cycle. Do the adaptation on flat ground (ideally empty parking space).

    Hi hid3 again all codes rejected. I can not adapt any sensors because is telling wrong coding. And i cant see any sensor on the grill or under. And is only sterring angle sensor light on and traction control light. Abs light and hand brake light are gone with the smokey codding. Thanks hid3 again for your hard work and not giving up.

    Okay, now let's stick with working coding:

    A63B40F8092500FC650F02E8901F0081211000

    Are you able to adapt all the sensors which ar emissing adaptation? Note that you will need to use "Login" function for each adaptation. All should be done in one ignition cycle.

    After all is adapted, is the fault code 'incorrect coding' still present?
    I can calculate ABS module codings for:
    * Continental/Teves MK60EC1 and MK60;
    * TRW systems in Passat B6 / B7 / CC /Tiguan;

    Not let me to adapt sensors because i have wrong codding. And i think because of the j428. Rest of the faults are for sensors adaptions.

    My question is WHY??? if was nothing change in car configuration. What decide of matching long coding???

    oudside temp.?
    level of tank,
    atmosferic pressure,
    frequ. in radio ...

    Short answer would be "hell knows".
    Long answer - are you swapping US region to EU region cluster or vice versa?
    I can calculate ABS module codings for:
    * Continental/Teves MK60EC1 and MK60;
    * TRW systems in Passat B6 / B7 / CC /Tiguan;
    * MK100
    ;
    * Bosch ABS8.2, ABS9.0 and ESP8.2, ESP9.0;
    * EBC 460 (UP!, Mii, Rapid, CitiGo, Fabia, Toledo, etc) New!
    *
    ... and other VW/Audi/Seat/Skoda modules.I can assist with repairing \/CDS interfaces.
