The coding is absolutely ok according to the information you have given. You seem to have a different problem. Is the VIN you have given from scan? Was something done to immobilizer? Any special history of the car? Modifications? Did you copy paste the coding or typed manually? Lot's of things that can go wrong but are not caused by the coding itself.
