None of that matches. Besides that he didn't tell anything about park steering assist that you turned on... Maybe you mixed up this user/car with someone else?

Left hand drive or right hand drive,... tpms yes or no,... friends... it's always the same observe the thread please. Not everyone has access to systems that tell every detail by VIN.

Yea. But. Uff. How the hell is help expected? Seriously? I am crying. Now looked into your case again taking note that your VIN is not a VIN. It is only 16 characters instead of 17. I mean, why? What is the problem actually? Just use a scan and every information is in it and it can be taken serious. You want things to be fixed, not me or anyone else so aahhh. I need vacation from this. Wasting too much time and nerves.

If you don't wanna post it here publicly contact someone directly with that information.
