    Well, assumint the module is 1K0 907 379 AD, those codings should be just about right.
    What software are you using to code?
    Are yo uable to provide full car's autoscan?
    I can calculate ABS module codings for:
    * Continental/Teves MK60EC1 and MK60;
    * TRW systems in Passat B6 / B7 / CC /Tiguan;
    * MK100
    ;
    * Bosch ABS8.2, ABS9.0 and ESP8.2, ESP9.0;
    * EBC 460 (UP!, Mii, Rapid, CitiGo, Fabia, Toledo, etc) New!
    *
    ... and other VW/Audi/Seat/Skoda modules.I can assist with repairing \/CDS interfaces.

    If using VCDS, they're in your VCDS cfg file, in the folder.

    I deleted the config file and reset them to zero. I'll use those codes in the long coding screen and see what happens. For now I've to go pick up the troops from school and work! Thanks for your help so far.

    Well, I've been thinking for a few hours and couldn't think anything better than this:
    1342201209260000C80F04ED90200080300000
    or this:

    good news! The first code worked! The only difference I made hardware wise was that I used my old original speedo cluster. Last night I discovered a problem with the VIN number in a new cluster I had already fitted. The VIN appears to be stored in two places and only one place was correct. The other is stored as YYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY for some reason. Maybe a long code based on that "Y" VIN would work on my new cluster?

    Okay, so seems that this one is correct for the module:
    1342201209260000C80F04ED90200080300000

    Unfortunately, it is impossible to encode letters in ABS coding. It uses only digits from VIN...
    Are you able to change the VIN in the cluster?

    Ah, I see. At this point, I can't change that VIN in the cluster. I'm waiting on a reply from Carprog to see if they can help. I did the initial swap with their hardware/software. The VIN is correct in one area but not the other it seems. I bet it stored in the Fujitsu MCU. Do you happen to know the security code for the steering assist module (44)? I need to adapt the DSR in there to eliminate a power steering comms fault.

    I doubt I have but feel free to provide the autoscan block of Steer. Assist (44)...
    Firstly I'd suggest figuring out with ABS module (and the cluster, of course). As you will need to adapt lots of sensors, including steering angle sensor.
    I can calculate ABS module codings for:
    * Continental/Teves MK60EC1 and MK60;
    * TRW systems in Passat B6 / B7 / CC /Tiguan;
    * MK100
    ;

    * EBC 460 (UP!, Mii, Rapid, CitiGo, Fabia, Toledo, etc) New!
    *
    ... and other VW/Audi/Seat/Skoda modules.I can assist with repairing \/CDS interfaces.

    I'll see what Carprog say about the cluster issue and go from there. It's the notorious Fujitsu MCU with 93C86 version that was made around 2005. I might just get a newer one with Micronas, at least I can program that fully.

    Adapting the ABS module sensors will be easy enough, I've done it so many times now I think I could do it in my sleep!!

    Hello,

    retrofits are usually a pain...
    Try this code:
    323B401609260E004C0F02E7901B7042300000

    If it works, a few coins donation would be nice...

    Jak sie masz?

    Try this coding:
    113B200D092A8000880C04E9901A0141310000

    Bonus bonus, with it you get a full ESP disable option. If the coding is accepted, (and you adapt all the sensors on level ground) just hold the Anti-slip button on the center console near the ash tray longer and it will deactivate ESP too. It will display the info in MFD.

    If the coding does not work, please look up if:
    - you have a start/stop system (bluemotion), which shuts the engine off once standing on traffic lights, etc
    - there is a TPMS system. In glove box, where the owner's manual should be, on the left side there might be a button with "SET" written on it. If it is, then you have, if there is a dummy blanking plate then there is not. Look from the passenger's side and use a torch, as it's a bit hard to see
    I can calculate ABS module codings for:
    * Continental/Teves MK60EC1 and MK60;
    * TRW systems in Passat B6 / B7 / CC /Tiguan;
    * MK100
    ;
