ezs vito hc08az60 help

hi,
need help please,
i have a file from vito ezs with HC08AZ60 and file is corrupted.
the problem is dont recognized keys. i did new key and change ezs nd nothing.
i did many tests and i know the problem is file, but i cant find where
someone be able to help please.
above send 2 files, immo file and another file where is kms. this ezs have two hc08 one for immo and anothr for kms
