2014 Nissan Pathfinder carprog problem

hi friends, so im using carprog original on a 2014 nissan pathfinder platinum and im trying to clear the crash data. i have a good dump that i downloaded but whenever i read, it verify okay. but when i try to write good dump to module it writes but then gives me a verify error. what can i do??? plz help.

what do you mean by "eeprom low & set it"????
