When I added new transponder I used Pin Code 8A62, but new remote didn't synchronized with the car. Only one the 1st remote still in the system.
New ones can't added. Why new transponder added with pin code 8A62 and new remote didn't ?

This is separate remote and transponder, you need precoded transporder and manual program remote

I used original key 6370A159, that was already precoded. I program old and new keys into the car, but couldn't program remote.
I used FVDI tools and X100 Pro tool and both tools didn't add remote to the car. Only old remote still works.
Maybe these tools can't do this procedure ?

No way to do that manually. Only some special tool can do it.
If you can recommend me manual instruction, I'll be very thankful and grateful.

Basically I do this years by obd, gscan or avdi, but you.can try connect to immo with scan tool or x100 than push on off hazard button 7 times than push remote button, take a look in Google because I can't answer all your questions

Zed Full works 1st time every time I have done this remote.

I did once on skp900, but it took half an hour, and only worked once I disconnected the device, then reconnected and tried again.

    Definitely separate remote and chip.

It was the "hold lock and unlock for 3 flashes, then lock or unlock for 1 flash.

All done on KD. The one I did on skp900 came back 2 months later and stopped working, re did it on ZF and hasn't come back since.

And all remotes are deleted when you need to add 1

Knowing Mitsu, its probably a manual procedure for remote. Proxy should be automatic when you program the key
