EDC17 Locked Audi A5 3.0TDI

Hello mates,

just got in my hands Audi A5 with EDC17CP04 and locked ECU by mpps (as I think) by some "chiptuner".

Have original file (read via OBD) from this car in my hands, but what should I do to save this ECU?

Can I write original file via Boot Mode and Galletto54?

Boot mode is not the same file as OBD read....

EDC17 and obd write witch china is always problem. You must open ecu and read ecu via boot mode and compare with your obd read. Then remake file or find ori boot mode file and try it write. Better with ori tool

read it via bootmode and post

first try write ori what you read before via obd. - Use good car charger to higher voltage -

I do not know who made it. I have car already with this problem. Owner wanted to make chiptuning in some garages. Quick and cheap

Yes. This is really bad set tuning. The car is clever!! resists this mod and ecu dead.

I can write only flash_all. Galetto v54 gives me no possibility to write only EXT Flash

This ecu does not have external flash.....

You should write int flash after you receive repair file
