Galletto 2 Software problem

Hello good day

My interface work good but now not working
I tried installing on other computer and it gave me this error:
VISUAL C++ error
Runtime error:
Program ......./EOBD2.exe
abnormal program termination.

Please who can help my

Hi, must to reprogram eept file with new and will work, see in you documents must to have it.

For v51 i can not tell.me i had problem with v53 and the solution was to install it on fresh windows you can try and i believe that will be ok

Maybe possible, read it by USB using Mprog and give received data with serial number

You mean new install the galletto program or windows?The easy way is to make a second part on your hd and tbere only put galletto.You will never have issues.I will see what version i have c++ and i will tell you
