Default Invalid Program - Search again

Totally randomly, I turned my skybox on the other morning, and found nearly every Finnish channel had the above message, I checked TPs and all correct, with signal strength on my box being 85-90% like normal.

A bit of box on/off, waggling cables etc and eventually they started working again.

Then its happened quite a few times since, sometimes I can be watching Finnish channels (0.8w) for hours, flick to a sky channel (28.2e) then go back to 0.8w and suddenly the channels on 0.8w are invalid.

Any ideas? Im using a Switch (just replaced it) with dishes on 28.2e and 0.8w.

    Dish Alignment, LNB or Cabling.

I just bought a new one, swapped it over and still same issue. Some days can work fine, others not.

Process of elimination means it must be LNB or cable I guess. Cable is joined midway, LNB is about 10yrs old.
