    Default Eurovox MaxV No Signal

This morning, some channels were displaying "No Signal" when selected.
After investigating further, i noticed the following CH NUM's signal quality is very low (RED bar)-
    0003 - 290 000MHz
    0018 - 547 000MHz
    0023 - 594 000MHz
    0031 - 698 000MHz
    0036 - 738 000MHz
    0037 - 746 000MHz

It's been working fine for 1 year or so and i did the latest firmware update a few months ago, but I am fairly new to this, Do you think the low signal quality is the cause of the problem and if so, how can i fix it?

    Thanks

Hi m8 you would have found them when updating if the rest if the channels work then you may need a booster press menu ,ok , config , tv settings and see if there is one there and if you are using a splitter remove it and use a direct feed

    Hi Chic
Don't appear to have the booster option.
i think there is a splitter outside, (Will check) but i don't understand why the problem occured the other day after working fine for a year or so?

    Thanks

Hi m8 vm could have moved your feed in the green box in the street i think the higher up in the box the stronger the signal or it may be the lower in the box anyway thay might have moved it have you checked that all your connections are tight

All connections appear to be tight
The box on the wall inside has a TV/FM splitter with only the TV socket used.
The box outside on the wall has a 3db,7db splitter.
3db cable goes to the box inside
7db cable goes to internet router

    What should i try next?
I'm sure i had the booster option before - did the recent firmware update remove this option?

    thanks again

Chic - tried that but it made no difference (some real big spiders in the box outside...)
it's confuding me why it's only affecting certain frequencies (listed above), and not all of them??
Is there any way i can delete the affected CH NUM's (0023, 0031 etc) and force it to re-detect them?

you could delete them one at a time then update channels but you have tried that , i would do a factory reset this will delete ALL your channels then do a power scan on the sy rate for your area.

The above suggestion worked (delete and power scan) - Thanks
As you send in your original reply, i think VM have moved some of the frequencies.
