Kess v2/ Ksuite Real or Clone?

Hey guys, I posted once and want a second opinion. My clone Kess versions are not WRITING files, I have no trouble reading but writing is giving me a huge issue. I work on a lot of cars and need many files, new to this and have yet to successfully write a dtc off file on european cars. I work on cars from 1996-2010, my question is...Is there any benefit to buying the real version of kess? Is it easier to install and use than the cloned versions where internet has to be off? I have trouble writing and curious if I will be able to write easily If i just buy the real Kess / Ksuite from alien tech. Thanks for replies.!
