Ssang yong error codes P1191 and P1148

Hi all. I have these error codes. Car is 2.0D Kyron. When the engine is hot the car start very hard. When the engine is cold no problem. When drive and accelerate the car enter to limp mode. I check the injectors. All is good. Change the fuel pressure regulator on the fuel pump. Make bypass the fuel fillter without succes. I am not sure that delphi diagnose is correct. What can I chek now?
